Roaster’s Tip

Best Brew Method: Espresso Machine

  • Amount of coffee: Dose - 21g 
  • Amount of coffee out of the machine: YIELD - 38g
  • Try and get it to run out for: 27 - 32 seconds
  • And make sure your machine water temperature is set to 94°C
  • This recipe is for a commercial machine, if you can't achieve this then you can just adjust your recipe using the coffee to water ratio of 1:1.8
