Shipping

Orders over $50.00 are eligible to receive free shipping within Australia. Orders will be sent with Australia Post.
Any orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be processed the next Monday.

 

Delivery

If you are not home during business hours, a good alternative to ensure you receive your parcel promptly is to arrange it to be sent to your work address. If you select “Authority to Leave” at checkout, your parcel can be left in safe place and you will not need to arrange collection if you are not at home to accept the delivery. Please note that this option is not covered by insurance. If you do not specify, your parcel will require a signature on delivery, and if you are not at home to accept delivery, a collection notice will be left. Please contact us if you do not receive this.

Please find approximate delivery times below from the day the order is placed to when it should be received:

  • Orders to Capital Cities: 1-6 business days
  • Other areas: 3-10 business days

 

Refunds

Sunshine Social handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. Sunshine Social is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, therefore we recommend that you return it using registered mail.

Perishable items such as roasted coffee are not eligible for return and refunds.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full minus original shipping costs. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of Sunshine Social

 

International Shipping

Unfortunately with freight being impacted and inconsistent due to Covid-19 we will need to quote each international shipping option separately.
