- Amount of coffee out of the machine: YIELD - 38g
- Try and get it to run out for: 27 - 32 seconds
- And make sure your machine water temperature is set to 94°C
- This recipe is for a commercial machine, if you can't achieve this then you can just adjust your recipe using the coffee to water ratio of 1:1.8.
