Sourced from the Guji Zone in Ethiopia’s Oromia Region, this coffee celebrates generations of tradition and community. Produced by third-generation farmer Yednekachew Seleshi in partnership with 240 smallholders, it features heirloom landrace varieties, naturally processed and sun-dried on raised African beds for 12–15 days.
Meticulously hand-picked and prepared at the Buliye washing station, this lot reflects a deep commitment to quality and sustainability. Yednekachew’s team provides training, organic compost, and community support, while proudly holding a Cup of Excellence award and working towards full organic certification.
