Caña Dulce, Colombia Decaf
Grown in Colombia’s Huila region, where the soil and climate are pretty much made for coffee, comes a decaf that doesn’t taste like one.
The caffeine is naturally removed using Ethyl Acetate made from local sugarcane, taking out 97%+ of the caffeine while keeping all the flavour we love. Think deep sweetness, balanced acidity and a rich, full body. Basically, all the good stuff… just minus the caffeine.
