This is without a doubt the most popular coffee we've release to date. The fruit that jumps out of this cup is balanced so well with it's silky and vibrant acidity.
El Indio is from a micro-lot in Planadas, Tolima and produced by ASOPEP members who are committed to minimising environmental damage due to coffee production. They are very close to being certified 100% organic, an amazing achievement in a region steeped in traditional agricultural practices.
